Hello!

I’m Roisin, a massage therapist based in Woodford Green.

I offer deeply nurturing, tailored restorative massage treatments, for people who are: 

  • experiencing chronic pain, stiffness, aches or tension

  • feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed

  • feeling burnt out, disconnected or depleted

  • or simply in need of some time to reconnect with themselves

My treatments are designed to help you slow down, unwind and release tension. Restorative treatments create space for deep rest and recovery, easing aches and pains and improving sleep, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and deeply relaxed.

Treatments take place in a calm and cosy space at my home in Woodford Green.
